Pools
are the best way of overcoming your stress. It is a place
where you can cool off after a grueling
days work or simply sit back and sunbathe. Swimming
pools in private villas have to be maintained on a regular basis
along
with garden maintenance; this cannot always be done on
'change-over' days. So they are attended to once a week,
but in summer it’s
done twice a week. The filtration in the pools is automatically
controlled by a time clock.
But before entering the pool read the instructions
carefully. With irregular shaped pools, the maximum
size is quoted.
Majority
of luxury villa, however, provides you with the option
of a private or shared pool. But it’s
the private swimming pool that most prefer as it gives
privacy and space. The villa with pool can be used as a
holiday retirement
home or used for weekend
or longer breaks. The size
and layout of the villa can be tailored according to your
preference.
Underwater lighting is not available in most of the pools,
but some villas do provide underwater lighting facility.
The pool water can be heated by electrical
heaters or
by natural solar power. In certain cases a charge will
be incurred even for solar heating.
While
electric heating uses a heat pump to extract warmth
from the air and warm the water. It’s more effective
than solar in cooler temperatures, but will not operate
if the air drops below 50°F. Although, one of the
best ways to heat pool water is to use gasoline, it can
turn out to be quite expensive if you want to attain higher
temperatures. |
