attractions like Walt Disney World (fantasy land), Universal
Studios (theme park dedicated to Hollywood films), Miami
(most exciting and cosmopolitan city), Florida Keys (100
miles of islands), and Daytona Beach (the most impressive
beach in Florida) to name some.
All the villas and apartments are superbly located as well
as ideal for their quality and price. Some villas are surrounded
by ranch land where you can relax and unwind after a busy
outing. At the coast homes, apartments and residential locations
are just a short drive from the fabulous beaches.
Wherever
you choose to stay you’ll be within easy
reach of a wide choice of restaurants and supermarkets,
shopping malls and boutiques and all the things that make
a holiday in Florida special.
Interiors
Most of the villas have a pleasant Florida-style decor
with some a little more individual. All the rooms are fully
furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs for the living
room and enough hanging and storage space in the bedroom.
Connectivity
local calls from the villa are free but if you want
to make long distance calls then you will have to pay for
them either via a credit card, BT calling card or locally
available pre-paid calling cards.
AC and satellite connection
Full air-conditioning, deep pile carpeting gives the
villa a home like feel. You can ease out watching any of
the 37 channels that are available on the TV. You can also
avail the VCR if you have brought your own video cassettes.
Kitchens
Kitchens come equipped with cooker, oven, dishwasher,
microwave, fridge and often a coffee machine. You will get
almost everything that you might be having at your home.
Bedrooms
The prices are based on 8 sharing a 3 bedroom home
and 10 sharing a 4 bedroom home. But some normally limit
the number of guests to the optimum capacity, up to 6 people
in a 3 bedroom villa and up to 8 in a 4 bedroom villa in
order to keep the villas special. Extra beds can often
be provided for a weekly charge.
Maid service
The rooms will be kept ready when you arrive. You can
even get a maid for an extra fee. The pools are cleaned
once in a week. The lawns too are maintained regularly
and extra attention is given during summer when the grass
grows faster than usual.
Pool terraces and decks
The villa’s terrace area around the pool can be used
during your stay for barbecue purpose and gas can be
hired for grilling steaks and burgers. |
