Spain’s Costa Blanca and Andorra are famous for renting its fantastic
villas. Here
you can spend your holidays with friends or family where
the largest villa can sleep up to 10 people in five bedrooms.
If
not, you can rent a smaller villa that will give you
privacy and offer complete relaxation.
Spanish villas
can also be found on the southern side of Spain. One of
them is Villamartin Holiday and Golf Complex - which is
situated by the Mediterranean coast, near Torrevieja -
has many stylish properties including well-sized apartments,
terrace villas, maisonettes and detached holiday villas.
They are all fully furnished and have communal swimming
pools. Apart from this, there are other popular villas
which command 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms in places like La
Zenia, Cabo Roig, La Mata, La Marina, Cuidad Quesada,
Playa Flamenca, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, Guardamar, San
Miguel and Los Balcones. Alicante and Murcia airports
are only a short drive away from these places.
Kitchens
Generally kitchens are modern with amenities like hob,
microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Some villas also have terrace barbecue facilities as well
as an outdoor dining area.
AC and heating
The more modern villas are often equipped with ceiling
fans. You might have to pay additional charges for air-conditioning.
Some villas are equipped with a central
heating or radiators
for off-season and winter lets.
Bonfires
Most villas have an open fire or wood burning stove
as logs are easy to get. However, a supply of logs is
generally provided for off-season lets.
Satellite connection
Mostly English speaking news and sports channels are
available. In some villas video recorders and DVD players
are made available so you can play your favourite CDs.
Interiors
Living rooms will generally have comfortable sofas
and chairs, while terraces have sun loungers, parasols
or pergolas… Bedrooms normally have a lot of storage
and hanging space.
Maid service
Strictly speaking, there are no formal maid services but often these can be
arranged and paid for locally. Bed linen and hand towels are usually changed
weekly, however, pool and beach towels are not provided and you have to
carry your own.
Security deposit
A security deposit is taken during the time of booking in case there are any damages done to the property during
your stay. It is mostly done through a credit card. |
